There are some people who think that if they just purchase home contents insurance, this will be sufficient to cover any eventuality that may affect the property. There are others that would prefer to cover any expenses with the exterior as and when they crop up. Big mistake on both counts!

If I am being completely honest here, I am never that much of a fan, when it comes to insurance. However, I definitely do realise how important both types of insurance are for your property .
